Baked Scallops

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound sea scallops, cut in half
  • 1/2 tabelspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup pargarine, melted

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients together. Beat egg and milk together.
  2. Dip scallops in crumb mixture, egg mixture and again in crumbs.
  3. Place dipped scallops in roasting pan and drizzle melted margarine over all.
  4. Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes
